Frequently, you will encounter the decision of taking a great risk in changing lanes in order to obtain gas or playing it safe and hoping that a container will appear in the near future. At the beginning of your runs, you can choose which lane to pick and when you will obtain gas. When your gas level is critically low, you will take absurd risks in order to get the next container.

Veteran players treat their gas as if it were oxygen. They grab as many containers as they can safely reach and never allow the indicator light to turn red. Once that light flashes, you enter panic mode because you are one missed opportunity away from losing the game.

Instead of dodging other cars you now become the threat. Smashing through traffic like a battering ram, plowing through traffic jams that may cause your run to be over, is a thrill and never gets old.

Because turbo boosts occur so infrequently, each occurrence is highly valuable to experienced players. Players will save boosts for critical times such as when they are surrounded by traffic, when their fuel level is extremely low, or when they are trying to break a new personal record and require a few more miles to do so.

How to Play D-Race

Desktop: Use arrow keys or WASD keys to move left and right between lanes. The control system is very responsive and has the ability to make split second movements needed to dodge the closest cars.

Advanced players focus on scanning the road ahead for potential dangers, allowing them to react sooner than their opponents.
